How to make reservations:
Please e-mail Mr.Fukuchi with your information and be sure to indicate that you are attending the conference at Saitama University, in order to receive the conference rate.

Option 2: Urawa Washington Hotel

How to make reservations:
Please fax Mr. Soga with your information, and as with the above, be sure to indicate you are attending the conference at Saitama University in order to receive the conference rate.

You may make reservations through their website, but in that case you will be unable to receive the conference rate. The internet rate varies by date/time, and there is the possibility that a cheaper rate than the conference rate could be found.
